What is a Google Business Profile, and do I actually need one?+
It's the free listing that appears on Google Search and Maps with your hours, location, photos and reviews. For most local businesses it's the first thing a new customer sees — an incomplete or missing profile means you're invisible to people searching nearby.
How long does setup and verification take?+
Once we have your details, we usually have your profile live and pending verification within 24–72 hours. Google's own verification step can add a few extra days depending on the method they require for your business.
Do I need my own Google account, or can you manage everything?+
We manage the setup for you through our Google Business Profile agency console, so you don't need to create or remember any new logins. If you'd like access yourself afterwards, we can add you as a manager on the profile.
What exactly is the QR sticker, and is it allowed by Google?+
It's a printed sticker with a QR code that links straight to your review box. Google permits asking customers for reviews — what it doesn't allow is offering rewards for reviews or filtering out negative ones, so we simply make leaving any honest review easier.
What information do you need from me to get started?+
Your business name, address, category, opening hours, contact details and a few photos. Our intake form walks you through each field — most businesses finish it in under ten minutes.
How much does this cost?+
It's a one-off payment: LKR 5,000 for setup with your QR code as a digital file, LKR 6,500 to add a printed sticker, LKR 7,500 for the sticker mounted on an A5 table stand, or LKR 10,000 for the full kit plus a WhatsApp chat button linked to your profile. There's no ongoing fee unless you'd like us to keep managing the profile for you — that add-on's pricing is still being finalised.
